1. Communication

Our client has to deal with only one organisation & one/two contacts rather than having to co-ordinate a range of individuals.

2. Project Co-Ordination

Our design team utilise the skills of our assigned construction professionals to ensure that all our designs are viable & offer the best possible solution. As the work on site progresses, our contracts managers & professionals use the expertise of our designers to resolve issues of co-ordination or detailing before completion, continually updating throughout the project.

The MPL set-up eliminates disputes between designers & contractors so commonly associated with traditional forms of contract.

3. Cost Control

Designs, specifications & budgets are developed by a designated project team. The cost implications of design modifications are made clear throughout the process, allowing our client to retain control, while the close proximity of studio to contracts enhances the MPL belief in closely controlling projects from start to finish.

When the scheme is approved, the cost is fixed. No questions. No variations (subject to client amendments & unforeseen circumstances). If our client does require changes after work has commenced, variations in cost are calculated pro rata on the basis of the original submission. No penalties.

4. Accountability

MPL accept responsibility & accountability for all elements of both design & delivery. No dispute.
