The inside of Andrews’ Bath branch has a very different look after we completed a full brand identity design swap.
The overhaul was part of Andrews Property Group’s UK-wide rebranding and office refurbishment exercise, which has already seen MPL Interiors change the exterior signage at the company’s 55 branches.
Andrews’ Bath branch is where the Group’s interior rebrand is most prominent so far. The stunning corner office, set in a period building, now sports the lighter, softer colour palette, which is a huge departure from the bold red of the previous Andrews livery.
The new calm, quieter corporate identity gives the Bath office an air of refinement that reflects the city, with the use of white, light oak and Scandi influenced furniture.
One of the new Andrews interior hallmarks is the use of digitally printed wallpaper featuring a bespoke 3D slate design - a low maintenance way of introducing texture and interest into the workplace.
It’s a prominent feature in an office where there’s been a conscious effort to avoid overt branding.
The refurbished aesthetic now conveys Andrews’ new direction, leaving the Bath branch enough room to personalise according to their demographic and client base.
Design touches in the Bath branch include an oversized wall map, which has been mounted on Foamex and lit internally using LEDs, low-line floor-mounted LED display panels.
This upholds the clutter-free vision, high-grade distressed oak-style vinyl flooring, sleek, frameless glass balustrades, and white and oak furniture featuring integral lighting.
