A double office refurbishment for estate agent Bective Leslie Marsh was a chance for the company to address an internal logistics issue, as well as present a freshened corporate identity to the general public. Both the Kensington and Notting Hill offices were presenting spatial challenges for the agent - with a growing team of staff and a limited amount of space.
The brief was to maximise the floor plan to accommodate more employees while retaining customer-facing and client areas. This was achieved with cluster-style and compact office desks, and individual upholstered seats in the front-of-house instead of large sofas. MPL was also charged with bringing some of the themes and messages in Bective Leslie Marsh’s marketing material to the interior design.
It’s distinctive swimming pool corporate identity was applied to the walls as large vinyl prints and also shown on new street-facing digital screens, together with service text and property details. MPL also carried out full refurbishments at both locations, including new ceilings, electrics, flooring, finishes and outdoor signage, which was respectful of the listed status of both building.
