Using an office refurbishment to bring the ‘luxury residential’ look to a branch of Charters estate agents in Winchester.

Charters - a Hampshire/Surrey estate agency network - is a retuning client and we were once again called in to create a new office for them, this time in Winchester. The brief was to adopt a more ‘residential and approachable’ look with a very large soft seating area and an elegant interior theme. This sumptuous, luxurious refurbishment with mirrors, gilded surfaces, decadent dark
colours, wallpaper, sparkling chandeliers and dark wood, imbues the feeling of prestige. At the time the shop fit out was very different to the competitor estate agents in the town, with the design distinguishing Charters and resulting in a market-leading share of business for the agent. MPL Interiors supplied all the fittings and fixtures for this external refurbishment and office design,
which included a double-sided property display system, refreshment station, new office desks with bespoke, branded modesty panels, a custom-made property display shelving unit, a stud mounted acrylic Charters wall logo, a recessed wall map and discreet outdoor signage respecting the Conservation Area status.
