The reworking of Chestertons' corporate identity design and applying the new look to several London offices, including a new flagship branch.

Our work for leading estate agent Chestertons saw MPL Interiors rebrand all its offices within its London network. Each premises involved a complete office refurbishment, to include outdoor signage, new shop window displays, floors, ceilings, air conditioning, interior decoration and lighting. Some of the premises where in conservation areas, others in listed buildings, so we had
to draw on our extensive experience in sensitive refurbishments. Although the overarching Chestertons company branding had to be upheld across the board, each office was designed with subtle differences and nuances to reflect each local market. For instance, the Tower Bridge office had an interior refurbishment with exposed walls and suspended lights to create a loft style
reminiscent of Butlers Wharf. In Knightsbridge, however, the interior was designed with high-end flair and a private meeting room to accommodate clients wishing to conduct business in a discreet fashion. Our work for Chestertons culminated in a majestic new two-storey head office for the agent in Westminster, involving mezzanine floors and new staircases.
