Our work with Fletchers’ perfectly illustrates what can be achieved with cosmetic upgrades, redecoration and new exterior signage. We were charged with numerous rebranding, shop fitting and office refurbishment tasks for the Dexters’ group after it went on an acquisitions spree. The Fletchers’ brand, however was singled out to retain its identity.
The three Fletchers’ offices – Chiswick, Turnham Green and Brook Green – were refreshed using a common design thread, with inspiration drawn from three places: a new Fletchers’ logo, current Dexters’ office and existing office furniture.
Externally we were asked to create new window displays and install new fascias to lend a crisp edge to the Fletchers brand. The double-sided LED display pockets, projecting signs and understated signage sits perfectly in the ‘London village’ locations. At Turnham Green, our installers also fitted a new exterior framework with glass and awnings, future-proofing the shop front for years to come.
Internally the job was mainly cosmetic, with redecoration in every branch, new floors, new lighting, some small structural alterations and bespoke office wall art to create a softer, more homely look.
Framed wall maps, bespoke canvasses art and internally-illuminated wall logos create a ‘polished’ look that brings the three Fletchers branches in line with the overall Dexters style and standard.
As requested, the three office refurbishments were carried out consecutively, without a break, for minimal disruption and maximum brand consistency.
