Our work for returning client Robinson Jackson illustrates how a company can keep its brand integrity but flex to meet the specific demands of a new area.
The new Tonbridge branch needed to appeal to a more refined calibre of home mover; the point of difference was a welcoming yet contemporary reception area.
We specified this with soft colours, subtle wallpaper, neutral fabrics, free-standing lamps, suspended pendant lights and soft seats. One of the reception highlights is a bespoke display rack with internal lighting.
This was designed by MPL and built to separate the reception area from the negotiators’ space.
Also in the reception is a large map framed in silver to continue the contemporary theme. Staff are seated at a combination of single and cluster-style walnut-effect office desks, with bespoke floor-to-ceiling storage cupboards taking advantage of the double height ceiling.
The shop front was given brand new outdoor signage. This comprised a back-lit fascia tray in the agent’s trademark navy blue with yellow swift logo.
It was complemented by an internally-lit projecting sign and individual LED back-lit window displays.
To the rear of the unit is a new office for the agent’s central marketing and design department, screened off and soundproofed by a floor-to-ceiling toughened glass wall.
This area was specified with a large boardroom table complete with cable ports, corresponding floor-set plug sockets and a custom-created wipe clean and magnetic white wall.
