Not every consumer-facing business occupies a high street location but that shouldn’t be a barrier to a high level of visibility and brand awareness. We were asked by estate agent Burne & Warne to maximise it’s new office in Sutton. The curve ball was the branch’s location - slightly off the local High Street.
We wanted to make the office as unmissable as possible and this began with the outdoor signage. Our starting point were large individually lit letters spelling out the company name, each emitting a very bright light. Each letter is 3D in style and the light behind gives off a strong ‘halo’ effect - featuring on both sides of the corner office.
The outdoor signage is complemented by LED back-lit panel-style window displays, ample overhead lighting inside the branch and back lit interior wall art featuring the Burne & Warne logo, which can be seen from the road. As well as maximising brand visibility, MPL also fully refurbished the office from within, provided new fixtures, new office furniture and created a soft seating area for clients.
