The Streatham branch was refurbished in two halves allowing the office to stay open during the works period. MPL Interiors erected a stud wall that partitioned off the area in which they were working, so staff and clients had a clean and tidy area to conduct business.
Additional facets include a bespoke, inset welcome mat, built-in storage cupboards, an illuminated, monochrome wall map, leather seating in a rich oxblood red and a one-off, freestanding sculpture designed to replicate a journey through Bristol.
The window display and exterior was fine tuned in line with the Fine & Country brand, and to maximise the double off-set façade. We installed sleek freestanding display units combined with A2 cable-hung pockets - both of which are illuminated for a striking effect day and night - and there's also an illuminated projecting sign for added public visibility.
Rupert Oliver, Partner at the new Fine & Country office in Bristol, says: "It was important to launch in the area with a statement office. The interior is on a par with many of the prestigious homes we sell, while the exterior is probably the strongest piece of branding we could have commissioned."
