Clever space planning together with strong yet sophisticated company branding was the order of the day in Weybridge when Jackson Stops & Staff moved to a new premise. The workplace needed to have an accommodating front of house area for customers and negotiators, as well as private areas for back room staff and a meeting space away from public view.
Partitioning was used to divide the space, with full-height glass screens with half tone privacy vinyl applications in a mix of the agents' corporate colours to section off the back office and a meeting room. Subtle divisions were also created by using different types of seating. Boxy leather sofas denote the waiting area while swivel-style chairs in a wood-grain and leather effect accommodate clients.
More ergonomic executive chairs have been provided for the staff. Additional facets of this estate agents refurbishment include a bespoke reception desk, feature lighting, timber-clad structural columns, a back lit free-standing window display and a ceiling-mounted LCD screen.
