The Bexleyheath branch of Robinson Jackson was the 'test bed' for a new look within the estate agency group. The agency wanted to refine its company branding, and replace the tired interior design and office furniture. The client particularly liked that MPL had created some of the most stunning office interior designs for central London estate agents, and wanted to bring a slice of that contemporary flair to Bexleyheath.
The installation of an all-glass shop front with illuminated window display instantly generated more walk-in enquiries, while the addition of a chiller cabinet stocked with soft drinks, a coffee machine, a 24-hour news channel playing on a plasma TV and wall-mounted screens showing property details gave the branch a design edge over its competitors' offices.
MPL also worked closely with the estate agent to refine its company branding for the outdoor signage. We toned down the strength of the corporate colours, reduced the font size of the compnay name and realigned the text to the left for a classy, pared down look. The new brand identity and interior design has since been rolled out across the agent's network of branches.
