Although talented individuals, our best work is team work. We share a love of good design, a desire to change the way people work and a dedication to surpassing the expectations of our clients.
“MPL Interiors has become more than a business for me. It’s a family that I have watched grow over the years. I have 25 years of experience in office refurbishment and property, so I started MPL to offer the very best of what I had learnt. Uniquely, I used to be an estate agent so I understand the demands of a busy agency office and that’s a vital ingredient when I meet clients and attend sales meetings. As the Founder and a Partner of MPL I oversee day-to-day operations and look after a number of key accounts.”
“Crucially MPL Interiors is a family-run business and I have been working alongside my father as a Partner for the last seven years. I have daily interaction with clients, whether that’s from the office or in person – I clock up a lot of road miles! On a typical site visit I take a brief, carry out surveys and relay details back to the design team to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible for the client.”
“I have always worked in customer service roles and I’m enjoying transferring my business development skills from the travel industry to the refurbishment one. One of the most rewarding aspects of marketing at MPL is engaging with new clients and discovering we can revolutionise their workplace through refitting and refurbishment.”
“I have over 20 years of experience working with clients to develop and improve their workplace environment. I have a particular interest in the use of technology to create collaborative and interactive spaces and current developments in building management systems. I also enjoying investigating and sourcing new opportunities for MPL along with working with MPL’s commercial and retail clients in supporting their development of their refurbishment and fit out needs"
“I have been working with clients to improve their offices and working environments for many years. One of the most interesting facets of my career has been watching the workplace evolve and new trends emerge. I am especially interested in introducing our commercial and retail clients to new technologies that will improve efficiency and productivity - advances that are, of course, seamlessly integrated and wrapped up in good design.”
“As a Senior Interior Designer I love the freedom I have and ability to turn spaces that aren’t the most appealing into striking and exciting work environments. My day will involve drawing up plans, 3D modelling and visualising, along with picking and sourcing materials for finishes.”
“I have been an interior designer for 18 year, the last 10 of those have been spent at MPL Interiors as a Senior Interior Designer. During a typical day I revise 2D and 3D visuals while liaising with clients and the costing department. I never tire of seeing projects progress from a thumbnail sketch through to completion.”
“I have joined MPL as a designer straight from leaving university and my day to day activities involves creating 2D space plans, creating concept 3D visuals, sourcing finishes, materials and furniture and liaising with clients over specific projects I enjoy creating a space which is beautiful, functional and a true reflection of each clients needs.”
“I have worked within the commercial refurbishment industry for over 15 years in a number of roles. Since joining MPL in 2017 I have been responsible for delivering refurbishment projects for a number of valued existing clients. The day to day challenges of completing projects in time and on budget keep the role exciting and very rewarding.”
“I have been with MPL as Installations Manager from day one, and I still love walking through a finished project with a client and seeing their reaction to the transformation of their office. I’m a details man – organising the installation of the fixtures and fittings on each project, dealing with suppliers, and coordinating dates and logistics with clients”
“I started my office refurbishment career with MPL Interiors 15 years ago and today I work as a Project Manager. I love the busy office atmosphere, and the close involvement with the design and sales teams. My day always involves contact with manufacturers and our installation teams – scheduling is one of my main duties.”
