Banishing blandness with wall art
With expanses of smooth, white walls, MPL really did have a blank canvas to customize the estate agency’s refurbishment. Personality has been injected into the main open-plan space with a montage made up of local landmark photographs, which have been printed to vinyl and applied to one wall. In the break-out area/communal kitchen, the tone has been set with a single photo depicting a typical bistro scene – a reoccurring graphic used across The Leaders Romans Group.
Moving to the sales area, our wall art was customized to allow the company to set targets and have a visual way of tracking progress. The final piece of wall art is a ‘hall of fame’ with framed templates that can be filled by the client as part of their ‘Leaders legend’ staff reward and recognition scheme.
Bringing branding to a serviced office
When businesses rent in a serviced office block or complex, they usually take on a brand-neutral shell. It is up to an estate agents office refurbishment company, such as MPL Interiors, to infuse the space with an identity yet within any covenants. In this case, we adhered to The Leaders Romans Group’s corporate colours of blue, and this palette influenced our wall art and decoration, as well as our choice of office furniture. The Group’s two logos – a large L and the Revolution insignia - were used to personalise the desks’ modesty panels, and they also feature on ceiling-hanging signs, illuminated wall signage and in the photomontages.
