The brief

MPL Interiors was asked to complete a full brand identity swap and estate agent fitout at the Bath branch. The stunning corner office was to become a lighter, brighter space with the client asking us to replace the previous bold red Andrews livery with a softer colour palette and less cluttered look.

Industrial by way of optical illusion

We used lots of white, light oak and Scandi-influenced furniture to create a new calm, quieter corporate identity, which gives the Bath office an air of refinement that reflects its historic setting.

Clean slate

One of the new Andrews interior hallmarks is the use of digitally printed wallpaper featuring a bespoke 3D slate design - low maintenance, budget-friendly way of introducing texture and interest into the workplace. The digital wallpaper is a prominent feature in an office where there’s been a conscious effort to avoid overt branding.

Light and bright

Design touches in the Bath branch include an oversized wall map, which has been mounted on Foamex and lit internally using LEDs, low-line floor-mounted LED display panels, distressed oak-style vinyl flooring, sleek, frameless glass balustrades, and white and oak furniture featuring integral lighting.

The refurbish aesthetic now conveys Andrews’ new design direction, leaving the Bath branch enough room to personalise according to their demographic and client base.
